Organic is your cheapest creative testing lab
Brands run organic and paid as separate departments with separate calendars. That split throws away the cheapest signal you will ever get.

Paid social costs money to learn anything. Organic costs attention. If you are running both and treating the results as unrelated, you are paying for information you already had.
The loop
- Post at a fixed weekly cadence across your three highest-signal channels
- Watch for anything that clears roughly 5× your median view count
- Promote those posts as-is, with no reshoot and no polish pass
- Only then build proper ad versions of the ones that survive paid
- Feed the losing formats back into the content calendar, not the ad account
The 'as-is' step is the one people resist. A post that worked organically worked because of how it looked, and polishing it usually removes the reason it worked.
What this is not
It is not a reason to skip proper creative strategy. Organic tells you which executions land; it does not tell you which angles are worth pursuing. You still need the angle map. This loop just makes execution testing nearly free.

Organic is not a brand-awareness channel. It is a research budget you are already spending.
